Martin is a seasoned founder who bootstrapped National Crime Check to over $30 million in revenue before its acquisition by First Advantage (NASDAQ: FA1). He brings a proven track record of scaling identity solutions to his new role at TrueVault.

Andrew Paterson

Andrew is a former Director of the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission with 30 years of experience in government identity systems. He was instrumental in scaling the National Police Checking Service (NPCS) to over 6 million checks annually, and now uses his regulatory expertise to build and manage strategic partnerships for TrueVault.

Comes from a SA farming background and still pitches in for the harvest when needed

Michelle Sawade

Michelle is an experienced finance professional and Board Member with a track record of scaling businesses for successful exits. As the former Group Financial Controller of Silk Laser Clinics (acquired by Wesfarmers), she brings a unique blend of high-growth corporate experience and rigorous financial acumen to TrueVault.
