How a price is built

Three factors. That's the whole price.

Every TrueVault price, in any industry, is built from the same three factors - and the same configuration carries the same price for every customer, direct or through a partner, at any volume. No volume games, no negotiated specials.

01

People covered

How many identities your subscription covers: employees, contractors, users or clients. Each person is verified once and covered for the life of the subscription.

02

Level of identity assurance

How deeply identity is proven - from biometric set-up alone through to biometric set-up plus verified supporting documents (Bronze, Silver or Gold/ACIC). Your compliance obligation - AML/CTF, ACIC, tenancy, admissions - sets the depth.

03

How you use it

From monitored identities with expiry notification through to continuous verification at every door and login. How often identity is re-verified sets the unit your subscription is priced in.

Subscriptions run on committed 12 or 24 month terms. Annual-upfront billing and a 24-month term each reduce the rate - the only discounts we offer.

Ways to use a TrueVault.

Everything below runs against the same verified TrueIdentity. How you combine them shapes your usage type - and with it, your price. Live pricing for your configuration is in your console, or talk to us and we'll price your real numbers.

Identity verification

Source-checked documents plus a live biometric match - the full KYC onboarding event.

Credential checks

Reusing a TrueIdentity for sign-in, authorisation or a high-stakes yes.

NoTouch PDF signing

A biometrically bound signature on a document.

Visitor check-in

A QR or biometric check-in event at your front desk.

Physical access

Verified-identity door and gate events - no per-reader or per-door fees.

Monitoring & alerts

Ongoing credential watching - licences, visas and checks, flagged the moment one changes.

Honest answers

The questions procurement asks.

Straight talk about pricing, lock-in, sovereignty and the edges. If yours isn't here, ask us - we'll give you the honest version.

Why is your ID verification more expensive than Persona or Onfido?

Honest answer: because what you get back is different. Our verification is confirmed at source - an issuing-authority match plus a live liveness cross-check that usually costs a premium elsewhere. A $1.50 lookup tells you 'these document numbers exist.' Our verification tells you 'this person, alive, in front of the camera, is the one named here.'

Is this a subscription?

Yes - a committed 12 or 24 month subscription, sized by the people it covers. What it is not: feature tiers, licence fees, seat fees or per-door charges. Every business gets the same platform at the same standard; your price reflects how you use it, never the level of protection you get.

What sets the price?

Three factors: how many people your subscription covers, the level of identity assurance your obligations require, and how you use the platform - from monitored identities through to continuous verification at every door and login. The same configuration carries the same price for every customer.

Can I save by committing upfront?

Yes, in exactly two ways: a 24-month term reduces the subscription rate, and paying annually upfront reduces it again - and the two compound. They are the only discounts we offer, at any volume, on any channel.

What happens as we grow?

Add people and the same per-identity rate applies - there are no volume discounts and no negotiated specials, so the price you started with is the price at scale. Nothing needs re-verifying: a person verified once is covered for the life of the subscription.

What does 'replaces five vendors' actually mean?

On a typical growth-stage stack you'd be paying an IDV vendor (Persona/Onfido), an auth provider (Auth0/Okta), an access-control vendor (Kisi/Brivo), a credential monitor and a signing tool. TrueVault covers all five surfaces against one identity - one subscription instead of five.

Which identity documents can you verify?

Documents are validated with the authority that issued them, not visually inspected. We verify at source: Australian and foreign passports, driver licences, visas (via VEVO), Medicare cards, ImmiCards, ASIC/MSIC, birth and marriage certificates, Centrelink cards, bank accounts (via ConnectID) and Aadhaar (India).

Where is our data stored?

In Australia. Sovereign-by-design - designed, built and hosted here, under Australian rules. We don't retain identity documents once verification is complete; the source-of-truth is the live biometric binding, not a vault full of PDFs.

Do you charge per door for physical access?

No. There are no per-door, per-reader or per-seat fees - access events are usage like everything else. Competitors typically charge $35–$80 per reader, which is what makes their stack get expensive as you add offices. That's the architecture tax we're trying to remove.

Can we trial it before committing?

Yes - as a paid pilot on a minimum 3-month term, running on the same platform at the same rates as production. What you evaluate is exactly what you buy.

What about white-glove onboarding?

Available for complex integrations, scoped and priced separately. Most teams don't need it - the no-code dashboard plus the OIDC drop-in covers go-live in days, not weeks.
