Howcan my business use TrueVault?

The most common way to use TrueVault is to integrate into your existing process. There will be a “no code” option available for you to use via a standalone dashboard as well.

I need TrueVault for ACIC identity enrolment how does it work?

TrueVault will assist you through the entire process of getting approved with the ACIC for identity enrolment. We will develop the necessary application submission and work with you through the whole process to completion and approval. There is no cost for this service, you will only be charged once you start using TrueVault.

How can we measure the ROI of integrating TrueVault?

ROI metrics may include:
• reduced fraud rates,
• improved customer satisfaction,
• increased transaction completion rates; and
• Reduced verification costs.

How does your pricing work?

TrueVault has Pay as You Go billing. There is no set up fees, annual minimum fees or licensing fees. Every credential that is created you are billed for on a monthly basis. When an individual commences a credential however is unable to finalise it and needs to be off ramped you will only be charged a commencement fee.

Is TrueVault secure?

TrueVault takes data security and privacy very seriously. We do not store any more data than we need to. Credential data is encrypted and all data is processed and store in Australia in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. For more information visit our privacy policy.

For Individuals

Do I need certain hardware to access TrueVault?

TrueVault can be accessed via any web browser on a laptop or smartphone. For security, we require you to have access to a webcam or camera on your device for face biometric authentication.

What happens if I don’t have a government issued ID with a photo on it?

Unfortunately you cannot create a credential using TrueVault

What happens if I only have overseas government issued ID with a photo on it?

TrueVault can verify overseas passports. If you are form Overseas you will need at a minimum your Foreign passport or an Australian Drivers License to commence the process. If you don’t have one of these documents unfortunately you are unable to create a TrueVault credential.

What happens if I don’t have enough ID or cannot be verified?

You will be notified on the outcome of your TrueVault credential. If you are unable to get verified, you will be notified of next steps to do your proof of identity via alternate methods.

What happens when I need to re-use my credentials?

If you need to reuse your credentials you will be explicitly asked to provide your consent. Your consent will be captured by using your face biometric captured at the time of the share.

How do I update the contents of my TrueVault wallet?

Your TrueVault wallet will contain credentials created at a point in time. These credentials are immutable. If you need to update your details, you will be able to revoke the existing credential and create a new one.

I am very security conscious. Is TrueVault secure?

How does your pricing work. Is there a free trial?

A TrueVault wallet is free for you to store your credentials. To securely share your credentials with authorised businesses within the TrueVault ecosystem, you will need a secure share subscription. This is an annual subscription of $9.90 AUD GST Inc that allows unlimited secure shares.

Can I cancel my TrueVault subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription by email support@truevault.com.au. By cancelling you wont be able to securely share your credential, but you still will have access to your wallet.Please note that the annual subscription is non refundable.
